THE BOAT

TRUE BLUE is a brand new 11 metre Southboats catamaran, launched December 2006.  She is a fast, spacious and stable purpose built angling charter boat.  She was built during 2006 by the Isle of Wight boat builder, SOUTHBOATS to comply fully with the UK's Maritime and Coastguard Agencie's "Code of Practice"  She is licenced to carry twelve passengers plus up to two crew, day or night, up to 60 nautical miles from a safe haven.

Powered by twin 280 hp Iveco engines, True Blue has a top speed of 25 knots and cruises fully laden at 16 to 18 knots.

TRUE BLUE is fully equiped with all the safety equipment needed to meet the requirements of the Maritime and Coastguard Agency for operation up to 60 miles.

Other equipment includes a flushing toilet housed in its own heads compartment. A comprehensive galley includes electric hob, microwave oven and grill, fridge and sink.
